Copyright & DMCA Policy

EVE NeuroSystems LLC ("EVE") respects the intellectual-property rights of others and expects users of our services to do the same. This policy explains how to report claimed copyright infringement of material stored or transmitted through our services and our procedures under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512.

Reporting claimed infringement

If you believe content available through our services infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our Designated Agent that includes: (1) your physical or electronic signature; (2) identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed; (3) identification of the allegedly infringing material and information reasonably sufficient to locate it; (4) your contact information; (5) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and (6) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

Counter-notification

If you believe your material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification to the Designated Agent containing the information required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(g), including your signature, identification of the removed material and its prior location, a statement under penalty of perjury of good-faith belief of mistake or misidentification, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your address (or, if outside the U.S., the Northern District of Georgia).

Repeat infringers

Consistent with our Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy, EVE will, in appropriate circumstances, disable or terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
