We built the answer — a deterministic governance enforcement layer with 90 filed U.S. provisional patent applications, sub-millisecond veto decisions, and cryptographic audit trails designed to support compliance with the EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and ISO 42001. Now we need people to scale it.

Engineering Full-time Remote (US) Alpharetta, GA

Own core systems in our deterministic enforcement engine — the sub-millisecond veto path, cryptographic audit trail, and multi-tenant governance API that enterprises run in front of their AI. You'll work across Python/FastAPI services and the data layer that makes every decision replayable and independently verifiable.

  • Build and harden the policy-evaluation pipeline and signed decision-evidence records.
  • Design tenant-isolated APIs and storage for regulated-industry deployments.
  • Partner with our adversarial test system to close gaps the moment they're found.
  • Help shape engineering practices as one of the first hires.

Forward-Deployed Solutions Engineer — Financial Services

Solutions Full-time Remote (US) Financial Services

Work shoulder-to-shoulder with design-partner banks and lenders to put EVE CoreGuard into production. You'll replay their real decision logs, stand up signed evidence packs for their compliance and model-risk teams, and turn deployment feedback into product direction.

  • Lead technical onboarding and integration for design-partner deployments.
  • Translate fair-lending, SR 11-7, and model-risk requirements into policy configurations.
  • Produce exam-ready evidence packages from customer decision data.
  • Carry the voice of the customer back to engineering and product.

Founding Account Executive — Regulated Financial Services

Sales Full-time Remote (US) Financial Services

Own the full sales cycle into banks, lenders, and fintech lenders — from first conversation to signed design partner. You'll sell EVE CoreGuard to compliance, model-risk, and lending leaders as the evidence layer that makes their AI examinable, and work directly with the founder to shape pricing, packaging, and the go-to-market playbook.

  • Run end-to-end enterprise deals: prospect, discovery, evaluation, and close.
  • Translate fair-lending, SR 11-7, and exam pressure into clear business value.
  • Drive the 14-day evidence sandbox — replay a prospect's decision logs into a signed evidence pack.
  • Build the early sales motion and feed the field back into product and pricing.
