Our commitment to digital accessibility

EVE NeuroSystems LLC, the maker of EVE AI Core, is committed to ensuring that our public website at eveaicore.com is accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of ability or technology. We believe inclusive design is a core part of building trustworthy infrastructure, and we treat accessibility as an ongoing responsibility rather than a one-time task. This commitment focuses on our public marketing website; authenticated application areas and connected services are addressed separately and may have their own accessibility characteristics.

Conformance target

We aim for substantial conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, and we are actively working toward the additional criteria introduced in WCAG 2.2. WCAG defines requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities, and it is organized around four principles: content should be perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust.

This statement applies to the public marketing website at eveaicore.com. Authenticated application areas, connected services, and third-party platforms are governed separately and may have their own accessibility characteristics. We describe substantial, rather than full or complete, conformance because accessibility is a continuous process and some content and integrations are still being remediated.

This statement is based on a self-evaluation of the public site; no third-party accessibility audit has been performed to date. For visitors in the EU and UK, our WCAG 2.1 Level AA target also maps to the requirements of EN 301 549; our public marketing site is business-to-business in nature.

Measures we have taken

To support accessibility across the public site, we have adopted the following practices:

• Semantic HTML that conveys structure and meaning to assistive technologies.
• ARIA landmarks and labels to identify regions and controls where native semantics are not sufficient.
• We strive to make all interactive functionality operable by keyboard, without requiring a mouse or other pointing device.
• Visible focus states that make the currently focused element clear during keyboard navigation.
• We work to provide sufficient color contrast between text and background to aid readability.
• Responsive, zoomable layouts that adapt to different screen sizes and support text resizing without loss of content or function.
• Descriptive link text and meaningful alternative (alt) text for informative images.
• Respect for the operating-system "reduced motion" preference (prefers-reduced-motion) to minimize non-essential animation.

Assistive technology compatibility

We design and test with common assistive technologies and modern browsers in mind. The public site is intended to be compatible with:

• Recent versions of major screen readers, including NVDA, JAWS, and VoiceOver.
• Current versions of the leading web browsers, including Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Apple Safari, and Microsoft Edge.

Because assistive technologies and browsers are updated frequently, the experience may vary depending on the specific combination of software and settings in use. If you encounter a compatibility problem, we would like to hear about it.

Known limitations

In the interest of honesty and transparency, we want to be clear that some parts of the site may not yet fully conform to our target standard. Known limitations include:

• Certain third-party embedded content, which we do not fully control, may not meet the same accessibility standard as the rest of the site.
• Some downloadable documents, including older PDFs, may lack complete tagging or structure.
• Interactive live demos and similar dynamic experiences may present accessibility barriers in some configurations.
• Web fonts served from external providers may render differently across assistive technologies and reader settings.

We are actively working to remediate these areas. Where content is not yet fully accessible, an alternative accessible format or an equivalent experience is available on request.

Formal complaints and escalation

If you contact us about an accessibility concern and are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate the matter for further review. Please include your original request, the response you received, and the outcome you are seeking. Nothing in this statement limits or waives any rights you may have under applicable accessibility laws in your jurisdiction.

This Accessibility Statement is provided for informational purposes and describes our current practices and goals. It does not create any contractual obligation or warranty, and references to WCAG 2.1 Level AA and WCAG 2.2 describe the standards we work toward rather than a representation of full or complete conformance.
